Why In the world Is Lady Gaga getting sued ?

They said that she was getting sued for selling bracelets to help Japan and give them the donation ! So I really don't understand why she's getting sued ! All she tried to do was help people In need and she gets sued ? Lady Gaga Is a really good soul and I'm sure she wouldn't try to rip people off but I just don't understand why they are getting sued !! nPlease clear this up for me !!
