You can Email her if you feel like you have to but I would advise against it only because she sounds like she might have an issue with guys and if you email her she might report you to the police as a stalker. I don't know her but this sounds all too possible. If you really feel like you need to email her, go ahead, but proceed with caution!!! Good Luck!
