Is it my place to call child services on a mom?

Hell yeah I would call them don't worry about what she will think worry about those poor kids. Anyone who treats a child like that deserves to be childless. She probably does just keep them for the money. DO IT! Omg she is evil ugh pisses me off just reading that those poor kids . I hope you do call them on her ... Good luck
