Why do so many people think it's not irresponsible to take drugs or drink in front of children?

Because they are what youcall the "low life scum" who don't give two shits about anyone but them selves im affraid. They ahouldnt have children if they can't set a good example its terrible and itbwill go on for generations ... Sad :/
